Nora Braathu is a PhD student in the field of global mental health. She has a masters degree in psychology from the University of Oslo, and has experience working with implementation projects, including implementation of TF-CBT in child outpatient clinics. She has also worked with the evaluation of research applications, psychosocial consequences of COVID-19 and was part of developing a plan for psychosocial support for affected inhabitants of the Gjerdrum landslide.<\/span><\/p>\n
<\/span>Her academic interests include implementation science, global health and trauma and violence research. Her current PhD project focuses on implementing the mhGAP-IG in primary schools in Uganda. The mhGAP is a framework developed by the WHO to increase mental health literacy and scale up services in low- and middle-income countries. <\/span><\/p>\n
