Social exclusion, stigma and discrimination, however, can lead to negative mental health consequences for young refugees and migrants.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mt-5 home-header-excerpt text-normal\">RefugeesWellSchool is comprised of 5 interventions that specifically work on social support and cohesion.
