As part of the first step of the assignment, NKVTS created proposals for three different concepts for an internet-portal. The report presents three concepts.
Concept number 1 has been named 114.no, and is the most ambitious and requires the most resources. In our opinion 114.no is also the concept that will be the most beneficial especially in reaching its target group. This concept includes both a digital service and a hotline
Concept number 2 is a downsized concept number 1.
Concept number 3 is based on the Norwegian Women’s Public Health Association proposed internet-portal “Your Boundaries” about sexual abuse. Concept 3 includes a pilot of yourboundaries.no and will require more resources than the Norwegian Women’s Public Health Association can contribute.
The project group recommended concept 1: 114.no which if implemented will reach the goals of the proposed service.
It is important that 114.no does not compete with already existing internet-portals within the same genre, but as a guideline and supplement to already existing services.
114.no can serve as gathering point for the sector where the different organizations can increase their visibility of services already available and through 114.no develop their services further.
