Hovedmål

Prosjektet skal kartlegge de ansattes helse, arbeidsmiljø og opplevd sikkerhet på arbeidsplassen etter bombeeksplosjonen 22/7-2011. Prosjektet søker å finne svar på hvordan terrorhendelsen har virket inn på de ansattes helse, hvordan helsen har utviklet seg over tid, og hvordan ulike faktorer ved ledelse og arbeidsmiljø har virket fremmende eller hemmende på helsa, funksjon og livskvalitet i etterkant av terrorhendelsen.

Prosjektet søker også å finne svar på hvordan opplevelsen av sikkerhet og trygghet på arbeidsplassen har vært, hvordan dette har blitt påvirket av informasjon, øvelser eller konkrete sikkerhetstiltak, og i hvilken grad utrygghet har helsemessige konsekvenser.

Metode

Undersøkelsen har et longitudinelt design med 3 måletidspunkter, våren -2012, -2013 og -2014. De fleste av departementene (13 av 17) med departementenes serviceavdeling tilrettela for at de ansatte skulle kunne svare på en web-basert spørreundersøkelse ved hvert av de tre tidspunktene. Dette ga en svarprosent på over 50% ved hvert måletidspunkt.
